I don't understand the question.
All his scores are "released".
They are just not free under the usual protection of rights of composers.
Will they be released for performance by anyone who is willing to pay the fees? Probably.
Will they be free for anyone to use? Not for many decades, AFAIK currently 80 years after a composer's death. So considering JW will live for at least another 30 years, it will be a very long time out. :-)

I would hope Indy and SW receive box sets within a reasonable amount of time. But then again, since all of his scores have fans, they all deserve a nice MM treatment.
