Yep. My first guess is that it's just generic "threatening music", but since it uses the same pitches as in the Forodwaith cue, that puts into question if Forodwaith hints at the Orcs too....

I don't think 0:32 in Adrift is Adar/Orcs.

 

 

It is the same three notes but the intervals are different. I think it is just general scary music and happens to use the same notes but is not meant to be and is not an Adar/Ocrs statement.

It's my running joke that I can't figure out what reed instrument plays in so many Elendil and Isildur statements. Melodica is my best guess, but not a serious one.
