Wow! Didn't see that coming!

Are we missing a lot of music?

edit: Paging @BrotherSound!:D

I didn’t think so! I certainly wasn’t expecting two CDs for this one. The most significant missing cue I know of is the finale, M36 Catch That Girl.

Ahhhh, part of my "Harrison Ford can do no wrong" phase.

So you think also it's one of his best performance?

The artwork is actually a huge improvement over the OST! Awesome!

It's annoying if this includes the OST again, and if it's two discs only because of that. But I will be happy if disc 1 is something I can just put on, press play, and hear the complete score (and only the score!).

You don't like the songs?

I kind of like them, but I agree, the score should be continuous without being interrupted by them.

I guess we will know the track list on May 2nd? Or earlier?

La-La Land always reveals their tracklists in the email that goes out the night before their new releases go on sale.  I believe that email goes out around midnight PST / 3am EST, something like that

Then you can order it at 12noon PST / 3pm EST on Tuesday May 2nd, which is the same time that samples go live.

Well, I guess one cd will be a remastered OST?

According to the SABAM repertoire, there’s only 47 minutes of JW material in the film, so that seems likely.

How much of the Sabrina score is not on the OST?

This is kind of a Spacecamp moment again. Could that be?

I’m only aware of one major cue that’s not on the OST (the finale, see above), though there could certainly be alternates or cues that were dropped.

The full score of the end credits has additional instrumentation written to accompany the piano solo that ultimately wasn’t used, so that’s one possible alternate, if a take with the extra instrumentation exists.

This looks like bait, but I think he's good in this. I also liked him in Working Girl. This was an era when it was nice to see anything with Ford that wasn't Serious Guy Fugitive Jack Ryan.

Couple it with Fitzwilly too, for it's reuse/rework of the theme "Make Me Rainbows"!

Well, only the first four notes of Make Me Rainbows and the chords underneath them. After that the songs diverge, do they not?

I hate to tell you this, but those songs ARE John Williams music.

I would guess he knows that, he just meant he doesn't need them mixed in with the orchestral score.

Or am I wrong @Smeltington?

Well at least it is released the first time around, not a second enhanced rerelease…
