The DVD/blu-ray menus music resource thread

In honor of the recently discovered TROS music that's been hiding in plain sight on the DVD for 4 years, I think it's time to make a thread to document all known DVD/blu-ray/digital menu music, to make sure we leave no stones unturned. 

Don't just include unreleased music, this is for documenting *all* music included on all menus of whatever home media release you discuss. Think of this thread as being in a similar vein to the Complete Cue Lists or Chronological OST threads.
