It's hard to put into words how it feels to learn about the passing of someone you've never met, but who has nevertheless been a part of your formative years as a JW fan and a teenager. Bloody hell, we're all getting old. Heartfelt condolences to Joe's husband and relatives and everyone else who was touched by him. R.I.P. Joe, you old lovable crank. I remember you. You're a retired JWFan cop.

Bellosh 3,940
During covid I got really into the original series star trek movies, while I always kinda listened to TWOK I never really listened to the other scores... Joe made a post one day about how 'Stealing The Enterprise' was a top tier ST cue and because of his status on this forum I immediately gave it a listen (watched the film too not too shortly after) and he was right. Maybe the BEST Star Trek cue of all time. Certain members here have that influence and Joe was one of them.

Popular Post #SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,445
Joe spent part of his youth in Maine. Whenever i went to New England i would ask him what to have food wise. Throughout the years one recommendation remained the same. Joe loved fried clams and would get them whenever possible. Was down at Old Orchard Beach, Maine today. Decided to honour my friend, appropriately dressed Edmilson, Mr. Hooper, mrbellamy and 1 other
John Dutton 7,502
You should get clam cakes while you're there. I can't find them anywhere else in the country. Battered deep-fried balls of clams. They were my favorite east coast seafood thing. They should be served in greasy paper bags. Those look like tiny versions the size of fried calamari. I like the big ones. Jay 39,755
I was 19 years old in the summer of 1999 when The Phantom Menace came out and I emailed Ricard about how the TPM PC game had unreleased music from the movie in it and he posted it on the home page. 25 years ago! My intro here was basically my sharing of the film edit of the Charge of the Rohirrim cue, as ripped from The Battle for Middle Earth PC game. My PMs were decimated for a few days. People commented on how sweet the transition was to the famous Hardanger fiddle section that had been sorely missing for so long in the ost release, but I kept it to myself that the mp3 was my splicing together of two separate tracks in the game's files - and not the seamless Shore original. Nobody noticed.

John Dutton 7,502
Unread Content will just be a bunch of celebrity deaths, LOTR, SW, HP and Comic Book posts and something like this would probably still get lost because it's an outlier type of post.
