Spreadsheet/list of the Star Wars soundtracks breaking down where they appear in the films?

I was wondering if there is anything out there that lists the cues from the Star Wars soundtracks and shows the timestamps of when they appear in their respective films (as well as how long, if measures were cut, etc.)

 

Specifically looking for the prequels, as I know the music was edited a lot for the final film cuts, but I'm trying to make myself a movie-accurate score (basically like an unnoficial LTP score), and it would help if I knew the timings.

That table desperately needs updating. The high level information regarding cue placement is accurate but a lot of the spots where I said there are short micro-edits are actually alternate takes instead. I made that back when I wrongly assumed the 1997 set was accurate to what's in the film

It's not? 

 

I used to think that, out of the 1997/2004 sets, ANH was the one that pretty much matched the movie and the most complete out of them all.
