JohnnyD 1,412
One thing that confuses me, sort of: Lisa Brenner’s character’s name is spelled “Anne” in the film, shown as such in the credits. The cues that include the character name have it spelled “Ann.” Which is correct?
Jay 40,693
It's Ann in the script, Williams' cue titles, and OST album titles. The on-screen credit of Anne in the film's credits seems to be the mistake. And then of course every article about the movie since then, including Wikipedia, use Anne because they use the film's credits as their source. I can't recall, are there any props in the film that would have her name on it? enderdrag64
JohnnyD 1,412
Thank you for clearing that up @Jay. That is very interesting. There were no props with her name on them. I had a suspicion that the film’s credits were somehow the incorrect spelling.

There is no one named Leah in the movie, the granddaughter is named Thea and I think even the cue title says Leah. My spell correct initially mispelled Effect as affect. I went back to edit and corrected it, but it didn't erase affect. To quote Goldenrod... "Oh dear, oh dear..." And my daughters and nieces went through the 'Baby Shark' phase a few years back. Thankfully, it wasn't overly excessive, so it wound up being more cute than annoying. So far same for my youngest's current thing for 'Wicked.' Davis 3,496
What makes it even more unfair is that people like @Thor who are the absolute target audience should afford to buy these sets. Even though Thor doesn’t like expansions, but still you get my point. He listens to soundtracks all the time, loves them and collects them, yet he can’t buy them, which is a shame.
BB-8 4,225
These expansions are a real specialty with a relatively small customer base. And of course more people would (could) buy such CD packages if the content wasn't streamed cheaply elsewhere. But isn't the real problem more the current inflation and tax policy? Popular Post mstrox 7,012
CD prices have been remarkably stable over time. Those of us who are ancient can tell you that that single-disc release LLL or Intrada are selling for $19.99? Decades ago, that used to cost something like $18 to $20. (Amazon pushed that median price down for a while later while they were working hard to shutter their competitors, especially with mass produced major label junk). Double sets cost much more then and, incrementally up when you got to more discs or box sets. Despite decades of inflation (the cost of milk has doubled since then) and despite the death of CDs and more importantly despite the closure of most CD plants, we’re still getting deluxe specialty CDs for $15-20, double discs for $25-30, and triple discs from $35-40. Pretty incredible, really…the cost/dollar value of music has hit an all-time low. The ballooning shipping costs are outsized compared to inflation, and happened when the burden of post shifted from civil servants to private corporations. Even the post office needs to use UPS and FedEx’s transport and infrastructure now, which means $$$$$$$$. Looks like those companies’ CEOs had downright terrific years though, financially. Anyway, I bought it. I don’t listen to samples, but I am looking forward to this one. HunterTech, crumbs, Andy and 5 others
