Zooming in a bit it says, "This plague has nothing to do with the John Williams Stage. Rather, it is a commemoration of Ziggy Bambaum, the beloved stagehand who tragically died while attempting to exit the stage right during a Rush concert."

Sadly I feel like Andre has been forgotten....however I feel like he would have been sarcastically thrilled to have steps named after him....

Though I feel like the vip's who attend these types of ceremonies either have a lot to do or would rather spend their time elsewhere instead of sitting there listening to hot air being blown around.

I humbly apologize!  There is another plaque close to that location for something completely unrelated.  I saw that plaque and assumed it was the other one.
