Wiki says the game's score was composed by The Flight:

So yeah, it's likely that Arnold's involvement was limited to the song.

On the slightly optimistic side, a few of their other projects have co-composers, for example Christian Henson on Alien: Isolation.

Surprised they didn't keep Lana back for the movie tbh, she's pretty good.

The facial appearance of the game's young Bond I cannot get past though. He looks more like something out of a Guy Richie movie.

I think this is the first Arnold/Dodd collaboration since Paul (2011), aside from the 2022 Sound of 007 concert. Neat!

I'm still worried we'll get Zimmer and associates back for Bond 26 given Villeneuve is directing, but this gives me a glimmer of hope for Arnold's return since Amazon seems to have creative oversight of both this game and the upcoming film.

Fingers crossed!

The only LDR song I like is Video Games. Though I haven't listened to anything new she has released since, what, 2012? 2013?

Her voice and style fits Bond more than Eilish, though.

I guess you guys are more easily impressed than I am. Pretty weak effort from Lana; no cohesion, no real hook, and the lyrics almost sound like Taylor Swift could have wrote them.

It oozes Bond, but I agree on the lack of hook - the chorus section doesn't pull me in at all - nothing to hum. However, her other song that was apparently rejected as a Bond song, 24, has a similar issue for me with a melody that doesn't really do it for me.

I like the part with the Gollum's Song vibe - it's the chorus that isn't working for me yet. The very first bit made me think Dua's Hotter Than Hell was about to start (I really want her to do the next actual Bond song)

I love most of LDR's earlier work - in fact she was by a country mile my favourite non-soundtrack artist until around 2019 when Imagine Dragons took over for a few years. Born to Die, Paradise, and Ultraviolence are relative classics - it's only from Honeymoon onwards that her style started to change a bit. I do like LFL, Chemtrails and NFR, but I still haven't quite worked out what Did you know... is trying to be - it's a weird album, which I only sampled to check it didn't completely suck, before requesting as a birthday gift.

I mean, Taylor has been trying to sound a bit like Lana in recent albums.

Interesting that they've incorporated the facial scar from Fleming's original description.

This game brings me fond memories of this:

I loved playing this on X360 back in the day. It's better (and better Bond) than most Craig movies... :D

Somehow I completely missed this. Pity licensed games never get the remaster treatment.

I remember it did look great on the X360. And it surely deserves a remaster, especially if FL is a disappointment.

My fsvorite bond game indeed

And here it is

Now I see why they released the other version first; It has a nice clean proper ending, while this video has an abrupt one likely since the game immediately continues into something else.

Also loved playing this, but on the PS3. Apparently based on the screenplay for what would've been Craig's 3rd Bond, between QOS and Skyfall.

The song has the right tone, arrangement and voice. But I can't say I am that crazy about the tune itself. When I try to recall it, I end up with rowing cue from Ben-Hur. 😆 Still, nice to hear.

I saw some new gameplay footage and if you remove the flashy set pieces the main brunt of the gameplay looks rote asf, it looks really boring.

It usually feels funky when they try to semi-slow-mo a digital character. At least I don't remember seeing a convincing attempt.

I'm still waiting for the Indiana Jones game to go on clearance. I can wait for this one. It's apparently the most popular Playstation title right now alongside the Lego Batman Saga. Honestly, I'll probably pay full price for the Lego Batman game.
