I checked musicprint.nl. They have quite a lot of music of Clive Custer, but no Hook. Though if you serach on Hook, you find some other arrangements. Maybe they are nice too?

They also have the Hal Leonard selections since a few weeks.

they have it for rental only, that arrangement for full orchestra is permanently out of print.

What I like to know is, if someone have heard it, seen in or has more informations about it.
