Dean1700 4
I just received a Region 1 copy of IJATTOD that I won on Ebay the other day (Australia is Region 4) and watched it last night and this raised some interesting questions.Firstly, has it been discussed previously about some music missing from the Mine Car chase? Just as Willie punches the evil-doer off the cart and falls on to the track causing the others in the cart following behind to derail the music stops and doesn't return until the scene where Mola Ram orders the tunnels flooded. Whats the deal here? Or is it just Region 1 DVD's?Also why did Lucas mess around with Star Wars (again) for it's DVD release and not for Indiana Jones. Did he NOT do this because SS directed them? The only thing that he did for Indiana Jones was to removed th image of the snake reflection in the glass in Raiders. There are many moments in IJATTOD that I am sure could have been enhanced with replacing the effects that were hindered by the technical limitations of the time. Lurker 5
Are you saying that versions outside of the US have the music in the mix? Every print I've seen over the last 9 years theatrically and on video has matched the scene as you described it.Neil
Danielle 0
That music has never been in any version of the film I've seen either.

It makes the scene very bland.
