There is now a fan made restoration of the "complete" Superman II. It uses only material available to the public, the actual movie and the extra footage shown in various television versions of the movie (no Brando footage). All of it has been cleaned up and polished to look as good as possible. It seems though that since Warner legal has gotten involved distribution on this thing has ceased, which is odd, since it was supposedly free and everything on it was shown on television.
