Jeshopk 8
I believe I will love the movie and the music. I just think the album will be less interesting with the narration on it.Glad SOMEBODY thinks the Burbs is as great as I do. I saw it in the movie theatre when it came out and was very shocked to hear bad reviews.

ChrisAfonso 159
The whole point of a score soundtrack is to listen to the music on its own without the annoying film interfering. Â This is why I hate the Conan the Barbarian and Hannibal soundtracks!Generally, I agree. But I found the monologue on the Hannibal cd very atmospheric and well done (hey, it's Hopkins!) JoeinAR 1,759
I also like the bit on Spielberg's section of Twilight Zone the Movie.

Hey, once they get in here, its over pal." LOLYes, one of the more universally (no pun intended) beloved moments from the film. The part that had me in stitches was when they finally meet the Klopeks. It couldn't be more uncomfortable and odd. "It came with the frame." "Sardine?"Hanks trying to get some sleep in the recliner, crushing the beer cans and going berzerk when his buddy wakes him up... Gotta watch it again tonight. Was The Money Pit also received poorly? Also quite good, but not as much fun.
JMan 0
When I lived in MA in 1995, that summer The Burbs was on TV like EVERY DAY! And me and my brother and sister watched it loving every character in the movie. Since then I love watching that movie! Every line and scene is awesome! I cant even pick my favorite because even every facial gesture that the characters make is hysterical! I also like the Jerry Goldsmith score! Anyway, I said it once and I'll say it again folks. Wait until the damn soundtrack comes out!!!!!!
Mr_K 6
Crappy 80's Tom Hanks movies rock!!!They should release the soundtracks to some of those and have Morgan Freeman narrate. Hell, they should get that Irish dude from the Angela's Ashes OST to narrate too. That would be awesome, especially for a expanded release of Turner and Hooch.Mr. K
Justin 2
I wonder if the first and last tracks are acctually like introduction to the score. No music just Morgan talking. The Prologue/Epilogue titles would suggest something like this. Dunno.Justin
King Mark 2,924
Epilogue=most likely majestic swelling finale music=ruined if someone talks over it.K.m.Who predicts Freeman will blab over the beautiful flute solo opening of that cue.
Melange 446
Morgan Freeman's voice on WOTW soundtrack???Is it just me? Or does anyone else find that whenever they see that guys name it always looks like "Mortgage" Freeman? Perhaps it's my worst nightmare manifesting itself through a hollywood actors name? Everytime that happens. Mortgage Freeman. Both the first name and second name are totally contradictory. What a strange situation.
