SturgisPodmore 0
I don't mind the Imperial March in that part because I think it works, and it's my favorite rendition of it. It's probably my all-time favorite musical moment from the prequil trilogy, in fact.~Sturgis
Henry B 49
I'm sure the short Federation March statement in AotC was meant for when ObiWan sees the federation ships on Geonosis. That's unlikely. The cue where Obi-Wan sees the clone army is totally unedited except for a single looped bar.
King Mark 2,924
Then Williams probably didn't understand what the hell the plot of that movie was.K.M.
Mr. Breathmask 480
Or Lucas didn't understand what the Federation March represented. It's well possible he requested the theme be used there.Or, yeah, Williams mixed things up.

Morn 7
Federation March? I thought it was the droid army march. Regardless, it makes perfect sense to use it for both the droid army and the clone army. Why? Because palpatine was pulling the strings behind both armies. So what is the theme really about? The emporers armies! When that army becomes the imperial army, that's when you should hear the imperial march not in AOTC but ROTS, droid march should have been used in the scene onlooking the clones. Mr. Breathmask 480
But it's very odd when in AotC, the same army that has the "sinister bad guy music" comes in at the end and completely saves the day. In fact, the movie should not even be called Attack of the Clones, since the Clones do not actually attack (the good guys). The real "attack of the clones" is in RotS (order 66). Morn 7
"Good guys" often attack, the clones attacked the droids. If you want to do good, you have to do some bad stuff.

Morn 7
Yes, and I've seen in the movies the Jedi kill, cheat and lie.
Luke Skywalker 1,285
Do you understand Star Wars? Not really. What is it? some wars that take place in a sole Star system?
SturgisPodmore 0
Yeah, it seems normal now, but when you think about it, Star Wars seems like a really corny name (at least to me).~Sturgis
