Ray Barnsbury 8
There's a piece of music I'm curious about in the first trailer for the upcoming Keira Knightley film Pride and Prejudice, and I figured someone here might know where it's from. The trailer can be seen here, and the piece in question beings about halfway through, just after the bit where Darcy asks Elizabeth to dance, continuing through until the end. Soundtrack.net lists Doyle's Sense and Sensibility as one of the pieces used, but from the clips I've heard of that nothing sounds familiar. If anyone would care to take a listen and see if they know it, please feel free. Thanks!Ray Barnsbury
Mr. Breathmask 480
It's Love Actually.
Ray Barnsbury 8
Ah! Just as I read your reply, the piece in question began playing from the clips of Love Actually I downloaded to see if that was what I was looking for. Thanks!Ray Barnsbury
Morlock 9
It's a lovely score, BTW. You don't often get a rom-com with that prominant a score (especialy in the climax, which is the music used in the above trailer).
Ray Barnsbury 8
Yes, I'm beginning to realize that. I should be getting the rest of the cues before long. That bit in the trailer is wonderful; I can't get it out of my head.Ray Barnsbury
Mr. Breathmask 480
It was used in the trailer for The Aviator as well. Best cue from the film.
Morlock 9
I've got the promo of the score, if you're interested.
Ray Barnsbury 8
Listening to score (thanks!), I'm not sure I can locate the exact piece from the trailer. There are plenty of similar variations, but I can't seem to find one that's exactly the same. Am I overlooking something obvious?Ray Barnsbury
Ray Barnsbury 8
Never mind, I think it's from "Press Conference," with a longer ending edited on.Ray Barnsbury
