Sandor 459
Challenge other members in their knowledge of the Force...of John Williams!QUESTION #1:What temp music was used for the Jawa scenes in 1977's Star Wars and, obviously, inspired Williams.QUESTION #2: George Lucas thought John Williams would not be able to write a theme fitting for what Star Wars character? Beowulf 3
I'll have a crack, although i'm guessing on both accounts:Question 1I would say passages from Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring" since there are parts that sound very similar in thematic material and orchestration techniques.Question 2Yoda? And if it is Yoda's Theme, i'd say he pulled it off pretty damn well for making a 2ft puppet come to life in the form of a wise old sensei. OK my question:The Maestro composed a Concerto for which instrument that was dedicated to the memory of his first wife?
Sandor 459
You answered mine wrong, but I'll answer your one right:The Maestro composed a Concerto for which instrument that was dedicated to the memory of his first wife? The Violin Concerto
