Incanus 5,519
Leslie Nielsen's 2001: A Space Travesty. That movie is just a badly compiled collection of Leslie Nielsen's old jokes and gags. There is nothing remotely new or funny about it. It was hard to watch it the first time and the second time I could only stomach first 5 minutes before turning my TV off. Truly poor comedy or perhaps we should say a weak attempt to make comedy.

Oh James, it's 1000000000000 times more funny than Austin Powers..... Oh James, the only reason you didn't laugh at all was because most of the jokes were from the first movie." Ugh. Horrible movie. Vaderbait1 1
Napoleon Dynamite has to take the cake. I'm sure there are equally bad movies, but when you consider the hype for this film, it's just terribly unfunny. The only funny part in the entire film was when he threw the steak or something at his uncle and took off running.

pixie_twinkle 44
Police Academy 4: Citizens On Patrol.Police Academy 5-7 were probably just as bad, but I went into 4 with the expectation of a funny movie and was rewarded with 90 minutes of waiting for a joke that never came. Morn 7
Napoleon Dynamite, pfft, plenty of films more unfunny than that. I tell you an unfunny film, Shrek 2, unfunny, overhyped.

Ray Barnsbury 8
Napoleon Dynamite is hilarious. I wondered why it was so popular when I saw it at the theatre, but subsequent viewings were much better. It's so weird and subtle....I dunno, you pretty much either love it or hate it.Ray Barnsbury
Morn 7
Nepoloen Dynamite, seems like a pretty normal bloke to me.Anyway, here is a funny comedy bit by bill gates that he did at a demo of windows vista beta.
robthehand 3
The shrek films.I like Shrek, but Shrek 2 was boring. It had a few nice touches, but the whole love-triangle business got annoying after about... 5 minutes.
SturgisPodmore 0
I like both Shreks, but the first is better (the bird singing!). And I think Napolean Dynamite is very funny.I would say Eskenaba in the Moonlight or Snowday.~Sturgis, who might have a snowday tomorrow . . . and hopes it is not at all like that film

Docteur Qui 1,248
Wow, I much preferred Shrek 2. Probably because my expectations were diminished after seeing the overrated Shrek. While on the topic of that, just about any animated film made by anyone other than PIXAR is terrible. Films like Shark Tale and Madagascar make me cringe. Their jokes are dreadful while the pop-culture references are dated as soon as the film's on DVD. Their sole marketing ploy is the celebrity cast. Look at The Incredibles. A cast of virtually unknowns, and that did fine by itself. Then look at Shark Tale. What happened in that film? All I recall is Will Smith acting like Will Smith, DeNiro acting like DeNiro and Jack Black acting like a moron.
Romão 1,931
Yeah. I don't recall Pixar ever putting the voice actor's name on the movie poster in big letters. I hate the aproach dreamworks takes with its animated movies. I never liked a single film they've produced.
MrAsterisk 0
Jack Black acting like a moron. You mean like Jack Black?Anyways, Shrek was much better than Shrek 2. I can watch it over and over and still laugh at the jokes. The pop culture references are not at all dated in that film.
robthehand 3
That's because the "pop culture" references in Shrek are about things that have already proven themselves to last.

Sandor 459
I really LOVED the humor in Shrek 2!
