pixie_twinkle 44
This may have been discussed elsewhere in which case forgive me. I've been buying the new Definitive Edition DVD sets of the original Twilight Zone (1959-1964) and I can strongly recommend them. The picture quality is incredible, as are the stories for the most part! Over half of the episodes have an "isolated score" option and there are some big name composers involved with this series. Bernard Hermann, Jerry Goldsmith, Van Cleave, Leonard Rosenman etc etc. I haven't got the technology to transfer these scores to CD (yet!) but I will certainly be doing so eventually. I can highy recommend these DVD sets.
Miguel Andrade 964
Several of this scores have been released on Varese and later on Silva Screen. I should point out that the session pianist on the pilot episode, scored by Herrmann, was no other but one Johnny Williams.
