The original soundtrack album of Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been nominated at this year’s Grammy Awards in the Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media category. The other nominees are Thomas Newman’s Bridge of Spies, Ennio Morricone’s The Hateful Eight, Alva Noto & Ryuichi Sakamoto’s The Revenant, and Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein’s Stranger Things. The 59th Grammy Annual Awards will be held on February 12, 2017.
