Guest
I have an Austrian and an American pressing of AOTC. The latter, a bargain purchased through a retailer based in Hong-Kong (ltd. edition/Jango Fett), has quite some differences, so I'm wondering whether it's a legit copy or maybe a pirate copy.CD:- the asteroid battle picture is printed right to the middle edge on the Austrian CD- white colour is printed on the US CD, but left blank (i.e. the shimmering CD surface is visible) on the Austrian CD- US disc is marked with IFPI L555, S0100410670-0101, 15, B00Artwork:- all inlays, covers and inserts are brighter (and looking better with more visible detail and better colours) on the Austrian discJewel case:- the Austrian case has three support tongues each on top and bottom for the cover, whereas the American case has only two- Austrian version had "Sony Music" printed on the case itself in its lower left corner of the back side. There's no print on the US caseDo I have an official copy? Are other US pressings the same? Thanks!
Guest
Update: my CD player says the length of my Austrian CD is 76:55, the American CD 76:47. Hmm...
Guest
One shouldn't hit "post reply" too fast: Could the difference in running time be a result of the copy protection of the Austrian disc?
