I would assume someone who's been to Chicago concerts with JW in the past would be able to help you out. From everything I've read and heard, the chances of meeting him seem to vary quite a bit depending on where he's performing. For instance, he seems to always appear before and/or after concerts at Symphony Hall in Boston, but rarely at Tanglewood.

In any case it's very cool that you're going to this concert! Are you a new fan?

I don't think there will really be a chance to meet JW at Chicago, I was at his last one 2 years ago and will be going to the Nov. 25 show, and as my memory serves, I don't recall there being any sort of way to even get backstage to meet him. Albeit I've never tried nor heard of anyone else trying, but I'd still try.

I was at the Chicago concert two years ago and tried to meet Mr. Williams afterwards. No such luck. But, I'll be back again this time!
