  1. Yea thought it was him. But I mean honestly, he shouldn't be allowed to edit anything. The actual indivdual edits of the prequel trilogy are marginally better but the decisions behind them are completely rubbish. Any news on the missing track?
  2. I know that the master's for ROTJ were reported lost a while ago and so some cues have never been released, but I was wandering if any one had a complete, clean, good quality rip from somewhere of the missing Max Rebo Court Music that plays on Jabba's sail barge? Also, does anyone know who edited the music for ROTJ? Because whilst trying to recreate the isolated score I've been listening along to the film and some of the edits are APPALLING! I mean absolutely shocking. Like when Darth Vader's shuttle arrives at the beginning, as soon as it lands in the hangar the music switches to the Imperial March motif and that edit is shocking, it's not even the correct timings! I could do a better job with my eyes closed. And there are so many more too. Just wandering who I should blame...
  3. It's not all LQ, it just seems that the tracks containing unreleased AOTC music are all from the PSP and so are poor quality. I've just had a quick listen and most of the tracks are in fact alright, it must just be the PSP rip. As for the PS3 rip, is anyone working on any ideas to try get the music of it? I don't actually own a PS3 myself so I wouldn't know where to start. Oh and thanks again ggctuk!
  4. Although I agree, my guess is that there might be 10 or so original compositions by Griskey or Harlin but these will be heavily spread out amongst the same re-used Williams' music. There simply isn't enough time to compose the amount of music necessary to fill a game of this magnitude. It's a shame too, especially for TFU, I was so looking forward to a whole fresh new library of music to accompany the next step in the saga but instead got a 15 track promo that wasn't even officially released. Oh and by the way, I managed to get my hands on a pretty expansive rip of the music of TFU but the quality is not so good, with a lot of crackling running throughout the tracks. It makes them almost unuseable without excessive amount of cleaning. Is this the case with everyone elses rips? Or is there a better quality rip floating around out there?
  5. @ ggctuk, yea I got it all thanks! My collection is nearly complete now, just looking for the same ones you are I think, especially Rage Of The Wookiees.
  6. Well all I really need are the timings where each track starts and stops. Is it just split in the order it comes? i.e. DotF being GB Music 01 then the Trade Federation music being GB Music02 and so on? If so then that's what I've already done. But even so, the timings of your edits would be quite helpful.
  7. Yea, that's me. Well once I have all the material I don't mind taking some of the load off those who have already been distributing. Currently all that I'm missing is Galaxies: Rage Of The Wookiees, Starfighter, Obi-Wan, and Insider's Guide. Thanks to ggctuk I've been able to get a lot of the other sets. If anyone provides me with this missing material I'd be very grateful and could then upload it all and provide links to anyone who wants them, saving you the hassle.
  8. I see. Sounds like a lot of research has gone into this. Well whenever you decide to update the list I will be very happy! And I guess there's no chance of another FTP going up to provide a resource for all this music? I'm still missing a few sources.
  9. Well yea, I'm going to wait until the list is complete! Also I was wandering, where are you getting the source for these cues? How do we know that this was how JW originally intended the cues to be?
  10. Also, not sure if anyone's interested as this thread has been going for some time, but I'm currently in the process of making a score version of Attack Of the Clones following exactly the cues on the first page, and eventually both TPM and ROTS. I am slightly hindered by the fact that I have yet to acquire the Star Wars Galaxies soundtrack so if anyone can provide me with that I would be eternally grateful. Anyway, I was wandering if anyone would have any interest in my sets or if everyone already has this? If there is I'd happily share, but if not then no worries. Here are my covers if anyone wants them for their own set: Front Cover - Single: http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u245/Da...rontCover-2.jpg Front Cover - Double: http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u245/Da...SFrontCover.jpg Back Cover: http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u245/Da...-SBackCover.jpg
  11. Ok so maybe weird question, but I've been following this thread and I've ripped my own soundtracks for BF2 and BH etc but I don't have the same track listings/names/lengths and so can't compile my own complete score versions of the prequels. Is there anyone who could provide me with links for these soundtracks or find out where the single audio file for BF2 contained in GLOBAL.LVL is split up into tracks? Thanks if anyone can help
