  1. Many of the major orchestras in the UK announce their concerts for the 2019-20 season around this time, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonia. I am excited to see that there will be a live to picture performance of William Walton's score for Henry V on 7th November this year. Frank Strobel will conduct the Philharmonia, one of London's finest orchestras. Henry V The film and score are both bona fide classics, so this could be really good. Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more.

Michel Legrand and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra He is due to conduct the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall on 18th September 2018. Formidable!
