Ray Barnsbury 8 Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 Fun! How did this come to be?Ray Barnsbury
Guest Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 And to think, up until now he only played with himself.
Beowulf 4 Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 Identify yourself "guest"! (although it easily sounds as if something either Morn or stef would say. )Anyways, Dork, you'll have fun playing with the "big boys", as you put it. I was able to play with the Tulsa Philharmonic many times, starting at the age of 16, and those were some of the most memorable times of my life. Luckily, it was music that I liked (romanticism-era of music), and not boring barouqe music.By the way, what instrument do you play? And what pieces are you going to be playing?
Melange 448 Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 Congrats Adam (from another Adam). I cant keep up with you mate. You've got so many hobbies it amazes me. Good luck with your Orchestral experience
Morn 8 Posted January 18, 2003 Posted January 18, 2003 Identify yourself "guest"! Err I mean, what is the Knoxville Sympony Orchestra. Youth orchestra?
Beowulf 4 Posted January 19, 2003 Posted January 19, 2003 Very funny Morn. As for your question, it is an Orchestra from the City of Knoxville, Tennessee in the USA. Probably equivalent to something like the "Brisbane Symphony Orchestra" in your neck of the woods.
