  1. I'm sure this has been asked a lot, but I couldn't find it anywhere I want to make a Star Wars compilation CD to play in the car. I'm going to make 2 CDs, prequels and originals. Can someone suggest which tracks to include please - I rarely make good choices. Thanks.
  2. Can you show me your track list for this please?
  3. I heard somewhere that Yoda's theme makes an appearance in E.T. Where is this is the film?
  4. Any chance for cue lists? I will soon have time to edit them myself, and especially with regard to ESB, I have no idea which cues to replace by the ones on the anthology and which not (for the mix). Also, which cues on the Anthology are the 'wrong' cues (thus alternate versions) that Thaxton selected? Yes can I have some help with this too please?
  5. You might not be including this sort of music in your tracked music list - but wasn't part of "Boys Into Battle" tracked somewhere into "Grievous Attacks"?
  6. PALPATINE I’ve just been here, spinning in my chair. If you give it a good push, you can go around ten times before it stops.
  7. Damn - another disadvantage to living in the UK - Audition is roughly the same number of US dollars as it is UK pounds.
  8. I'm going to buy a decent audio editing program for PC, and need some advice. My instinct is to go for Adobe Audition? Is this a good program?
  9. As is this: http://www.mugglenet.com/funlists/lukevsharry.shtml
  10. One of the few that I truly laughed at: Revenge of the Sith: Breadbox Edition
  11. Probably. Where can one see these web features?
  12. Thanks - think I know which I'll be going for then, since the 1997 ones are cheaper in HMV.
  13. Are the 1997 releases of the Star Wars trilogy scores exactly the same as the more recent ones available in the silver box set? And do they have the same sound quality?
  14. With all those exlcamation marks I thought you were about to tell us how to do it.
  15. Well, I've got an 8 hour ferry trip tomorrow evening, and I just want some advice as to whether I should buy it or not - I want a long book (last year I finished Fellowship of the Ring on that one crossing).
  16. But I got a £10 gift voucher from Amazon which was MORE than the soundtrack cost.
  17. Ordered it from Amazon May 30th, dispatched June 2nd, came YESTER-F***ING-DAY.
  18. I am no expert, but I can't see Lucasfilm's problem is with releasing complete (PROPER complete) scores to the prequels is? Even if it's just 1M1, 1M2, 1M3 with none combined or anything. Surely that's better than nothing? And why wasn't TPM done that way?
  19. According to the chronological list, that was tracked, and not what was intended for the scene.
  20. So, in other words, there was some stuff deleted at 1:17 as well as all the other places?
  21. In the film, the main titles are given the normal closing fade-out style, but on the OST they go straight into Williams unused opening section of "Boys Into Battle". Was this how it was composed, i.e. was it composed with no fade-out? And are the bass drums in the film tracked from somewhere else?
  22. I wouldn't have put it like that - I would say "Die Another Day beared uncanny resemblences to Batman Begins". Blame Die Another Day, not Batman. Batman got it right, DAD didn't.
