i dont undersatnd why GL says videogames have no plots.

I understand when he makes the difference between movies (story told) and games (you are part of the 'story' and when you take into account scores it detaches itself from the film feeling).

90% of games may as well not have plots. But yes, there has been a handful or so of brilliantly written (and plotted) videogames over the years.
