Morlock 12 Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 I don't hear any Zimmer here. It's interesting. Looking forward to it.

The score sounds pretty good in it.And what about the movie?Karol - who is interested in this score.I liked it too. The story is classic Polanski, but it's not strong enough to make the movie next Rosemary's Baby or Chinatown. It's sufficient for a good thriller, though (much better than rather tacky 9th Gate). Polanski handles it with his typical restraint - tension is built in a very subtle way through ordinary everyday scenes and supposedly insignificant details. There is very little action, no fast editing or cheap scary tricks. The score complements the movie very well. Production design and cinematography are top notch.
