i mean i am talking with someone high up at Universal who shares my interest and is presenting my case to universal. i gave her the ammo she needed to present the case to universal execs. as time goes on and more news presents itself i will post the status. i am also in contact with almost all of the composers who contributed music for the park. i have there support and help.

More questions for all of you! 1. how many new, previously unreleased tracks would you like to see on the new CD? 2. How many total tracks would you like to have on the CD? 3. How much music do you want from each attraction? 4. Would you like previously released music tracks on this new CD with unreleased music contained in them? and finally, 5. would you like a 1 or 2-disc set, released? Take Care, All !

does anyone know if the brass fast nazi theme from belly of the steel beast scene is contained in any of these tracks, or if it is unreleased? i did a film version edit and am missing that piece! it is 2:00 into it, when vogler is looking right at indy when he pops his head out of the tank. also, i need the piece at 2:17 into it, which sounds like string plucking. that is all i need to finish it! thanks for the help i really appreciate it, all of you! take care... chris

they are supposed to be images but i guess they do not show up in certain browsers so i have removed them and replaced them with the default template images instead. thank you for informing me of this. does anyone have any suggestions for any additions to my site? does anyone have any information i can add to it, or can you help fill in the, "Unknown's"?

In honor of composer Brian Tyler's Birthday, today, May 8, 2008, I thought we could look back on some of his scores and talk about them. I'll start! -Timeline- A great score and one of my favorite Tyler action scores. my favorite tracks are the main titles, battlefield revealed and troops in the fog, for starters. I love the score he has done for: tokyo drift, timeline, avp-r, and so on... i would love to work with him one day, he is amazing.

From Jablonsky's Assistant: As for the soundtrack being out of print, we are looking into that now. It seems it was only a limited release. As far as I know, there is no talk yet about a double score album.

http://theknightshift.blogspot.com/ This caught my eyes: "Warner Records may consider publishing a 2-disc set containing all the music that Steve Jablonsky and his crew created for Transformers, which presumably would include most/all of the music not used in the final cut of the movie (Jablonsky reportedly composed about 90 minutes of score). The possibility of a 2-disc Transformers score album depends on how well the initial release sells." what do you all think? i'll definately be buying both versions~

Who Wants John Williams To Score Jurassic Park IV???

i agree. i LOVE his music. including his theme park music at disney parks around the globe. i recently sent him a 15 question e-mail interview, he said he will get back to me in a couple days with the answers, which i will then be posting on my site. his music is very good and memorable, to me at least. i love his score to tombstone, i like to hum along with the different themes from it. and yes i agress on that as well, that he is not used NEARLY enough. i think he might actually be GOOD at scoring a harry potter film! what do you all think?

some of them came from official album releases and others from friends, which, if ever released officially, will be replaced, by the official versions!

i am e-mailing people who worked on the film to find out info on the score release eg. release date, etc... they are replying back to me and i am posting what they say so othrs know whats going on.

Here is what I know so far: 1. Lorne Balfe said: There is talk of a score for transformers coming out but it will be at least another 2 months! 2. Mel Wesson said: That's a question a lot of people are asking but to tell the truth I have no idea what's happening with the album. It would surprise me if the score wasn't released, although people tell me soundtrack albums without high profile songs seldom sell that well. That said it's a big movie, there's a market for the score and I'm sure it'll be available at some stage. 3. Frank Macchia said: I have not heard that there will be a score release of Steve's music to Transformers. It's possible that down the road a CD will come out, but I do not know of any CD presently planned. 4. SonyMusicStore Customer Service said: At this time, there are no immediate plans regarding the release of the Transformers soundtrack score. If anyone else heres any new news please post it, Thanks, All! 5. Chandra Cogburn said: "I know that they are working on a score cd for Transformers. I have gotten a reply from the sound designer mel wesson and the percussion/choir orchestrator Frank Macchia for Transformers and they have both said that they have no knowledge of a score cd release as of right now for the film.

i was jsut saying that before the announcement no one beleive that godzilla cs was being released. no one beleived me, wel almost no-one. and now that is is released i hope the people that did not believe me will beleive me in the future. that's all!
