12-Mile Reef

I’m really enjoying this, it sounds absolutely terrific and such a great to get so much new music froths period! That said I unfortunately have a glitch at 3:31 on the first track of disc one, do I just have a bad disc or is anyone else hearing this? Just want to know if I need to order a replacement disc, many thanks.

Hi Erik, I'm only familiar with the original album so some of the more distinctively different cues from the additional music would be great to hear in anticipation of my set arriving. Many thanks.

I was best man at a wedding there last month with the reception in a cordoned off area on the cobbled street. Upon arrival I was alarmed to realise that my speech could be watched by the general public and packs of tourists!

What an exciting release that we'd been led to believe was impossible for so long, really excited to get this!

Apparently the the original plan was for 'The Sugarland Express' to be released over the summer but it was nixed by John Williams. MV states on FSM: "Truth be told, the Universal Heritage Collection was supposed to kick off with Sugarland Express, but after careful consideration the project was dropped at the request of the composer. I don't think we need to worry too much about what the bonus tracks will be, Mike M knows what we want and has always been brilliant at getting us that regardless of the external constraints he seems to be put under. If I had to guess the bonus tracks after the original album program will be 'High School Teacher' as recorded and the complete 'The Last Battle' cue with the insert edited in, that way it will be easy to make a playlist of the complete score in order should we so wish.
