That's weird, didn't know that. We were taught Cs were like Ks, but we pronounced Vs like current Italian. But then again, out Latin teacher was probably mentally unstable, and Ancient Romans are all dead, so who knows. All I know is, if you go to Rome today, they pronounce curse words with a hard V

Exactly. It's indeed a bit weird since MM clearly put his heart, mind and soul in the creation of this collection, and don't get me wrong, this pisses me off a bit 'cause as @Lockdown said, this shouldn't happen in official remastered releases, and this is a quite big one (and not that cheap, even if I still think 100$ is a bargain). But if my untrained ear doesn't notice the difference, I'll let it pass. But if there is really this issue, an explanation would be welcome.

Yeah, it is. A lot of words are quite intuitive. Plus, spells in HP sound kinda weird when pronounced with an english accent

The fact that other people in more technologically advanced corners of the globe have the same shipping delays I’m experiencing makes me feel less lonely. According to every tracking website except the Italian Postal Service one, my package was last seen last sunday at 8:45 am: it was leaving Milan (a three hour drive from where I live). No sign of it yesterday, I’ll see what happens today. I’m afraid it’s stuck at customs and I have no idea how long it takes 😭

STATUS: ENVY

While I was travelling back from Luxembourg to Italy, my package was already in Milan. I had to stop in Turin to sleep before literally storming off this morning to arrive home before the package. I even called my landlord asking her to put a note for the mailman, then I arrived in a hurry, after hours driving... and nothing. And the tracking page is still labeling the package as “leaving Milan” yesterday. So close I can taste it, as someone once said.

But look at how happy he is. He’s adapting.

Idiotic question for all you kiddos in Europe and such: are LLL packages usually delivered by delivery guys or postmen? I mean, will someone ring my doorbell or will the package be angrily pushed into the mailbox or left outside in the rainstorm?
