I'm especially interested in knowing where you people from Europe buy them, as that is where I'm from, and I'm a little tired of having to wait a long time for them to arrive and pay duty and what have you... I haven't checked the whole list with the one at Hal Leonard), and ship reasonably fast (things they have in stock usually arrive a week after ordering them, or sooner), at least in Germany.
