Morlock 11
Williams doesn't try and hide it. When he used Bach's Fugue in Witches of Eastwick, it wasn't source music, but he did it specificaly to reference it. Just like Zimmer in concert called his main piece from Gladiator "The Gladiator Waltz, featuring variations on 'Mars' theme by Gustav Holst". And he said the same thing in interviews- when the Romans are going to war, no piece in history, and certainly no piece he could've written, could fit better than the classic music associated with the Roman god of war.
