davefg 29 Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 Two months ago I stumbled on a video on YouTube, now taken down, of John Williams conducting a tribute concert of the music of Bernard Herrmann and Henry Mancini. The concert was filmed by PBS on July 25, 2004. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pops/programnotes/. I would love to get a copy of this concert. Miguel Andrade 1,263 Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 The concert was part of the Evening at Pops series (that was the final year of a 30-year-run), produced by WGBH Boston.I think that PBS was only the broadcaster and distributer of the show. I would guess you would get a better shot at getting a copy from WGBH than PBS, but wouldn't hold my breath...Anyway, I do have the show.
