I enjoyed that video more than anything we’ve seen from RoP! I didn’t cringe anywhere near as much as I did while watching that RoP soap opera clip.

The way it looks those Dungeons and Dragons movies from the late 90s/early 00s might look good next to RoP!

I still wouldn’t be shocked if it was the GoT theme again. None of the review copies had the opening titles and neither have the premier.

I’m hoping Amazon have been messing with us and all the cheap looking and bottom of the barrel storytelling that has been hinted at has all been an elaborate ruse and they’re saving the good stuff for when they actually drop the first two episodes.

If what they’ve shown us so far is what they think is the best material to try and sell it to us I’m afraid to see how terrible the rest of it will be.

No, but the whole thing looks like it was filmed in a big green room with everything added in afterwards not just wide establishing shots like that of Byzantine Tirith posted above.

I’m not surprised they’ve moved from New Zealand to the U.K. for future seasons, there’s no need to be in NZ when you’re creating the whole thing in a computer anyway.

Visited the Studio Tour today in Banbridge Northern Ireland. Great day out! The staff were great, a lot of them worked as extras on the show which is cool. The Winterfell Great Hall set hasn’t moved an inch since it was first constructed back in the day.

This is why the reports of the test screenings I saw sound so credible. If it was any way decent at all they’d make some effort to release it in someway. To just throw it away makes it sound like it wasn’t worth releasing in any form.

Oh I had seen people saying it was received terribly at test screenings.

Imagine how deliciously awful it must be for them to just write off that money?
