  1. Sure, if your passion is bad movies.
  2. I watched it (in two sessions) and it was really bad. The kind of bad that I can watch though. But make no mistake, this is Zack Snyder's worst movie ever. BTW, it's more The Magnificent Seven than it is Star Wars. And Zack keeps using this lens (not a film lens) and I hate it! (look at the terrible bokeh)
  3. Just found this today on facebook. Also, it helps that the actor who is playing Prince Philip is none other than the charismatic Jonathan Pryce.
  4. It was surreal, as if she was slowly walking towards the Gates Of Heaven.
  5. The Crown Season 6 ends with the shot of the year for me, movies or TV series.
  6. In The Bedroom (Todd Field) is a must. R.I.P.
  7. Wasn't it called First Impressions or something? A24 - who longs for the more simple days of "What Was The Last Movie You Watched?"
  8. Anyone who's watching movies from the hereafter can't be wrong.
  9. Only then praise will come. The sad news is (for adult graphic novel Snyder fans like me) that the Rebel Moon franchise for Netflix will be occupying Zack Snyder for the next 6 years or so. Like I've always said, he shouldn't be writing his own stories and dialog, he just need to take a 'classic' adult graphic novel and make it come alive on the big screen in his typical and signature hyper-stylized Snyder style. He's really good at that and it's what used to set him apart from other directors.
  10. At IMDb, anything under 7/10 (give or take) is questionable.
  11. In a sense Rebel Moon is more Star Wars so you people have no other choice. Have fun!
  12. The one that sounds the most like Zimmer will win.
  13. Watched the whole movie without knowing it was the director of Rogue One or that Hans Zimmer wrote the soundtrack. The best thing about this movie is the CGI and and its art design. 4/10
  14. Yep! Although, for now, the audience seem to disagree (but did they really see this movie?)
  15. Here's the reason why I didn't like her or why I didn't find her plausible. I never got to see (or better, feel) why the mother of Paul Atreides would've ever have been a Sister of the Bene Gesserit Order. All I saw was a plain, timid, soft-hearted, everyday mother, completely unaffected and unharmed by her Sisterhood ancestry. It's not the fault of the actress. It's the way the character has been written for the movie and it resulted in a safe, uninteresting, one-dimensional character with no depth. It's the only character in Villeneuve's Dune that I didn't believe in. Besides of her being just 'nice and caring' I should have felt there was also something dangerous or dark beneath the surface. It wasn't there.
