The best thing I find is to listen to a track (or whole score) that graduates from a quiet, subtle beauty to joyous, great feelings. Examples - Escape/Chase/Saying goodbye (this works for me without fail, as it's not a quick fix - you have to listen to the whole thing), the last track of the CE3K Special Edition (those statements of "When You Wish Upon a Star" are breathtaking), among others.It greatly depnds on the kind of sadness I'm feeling. Sometimes, stuff like "Call of the Champions", or "The Raiders March" do miracles... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
