There's three pieces I am genuinely surprised were not on Volume 1: Ol' Yellow Eyes Is Back, Her Majesty Returns, and Welcome to the Enterprise.

 

I'm currently going through and figuing out the episodes for which these are. Been a little while since I saw S3, but as far as I can tell these are mostly in chronological order, with Assimilated Delta being the outlier since that only appears at the start of episode 10.

Thank you so much! I've made a playlist for my own listening based on your work. Only 1 question: Where does Volume 2 Track 35 "Captain Seven" fit in? I think you might have missed it! Easy to do, as there's a track on Volume 2 called "Commander Seven"!

I did miss it out by mistake. I've corrected the list. It's supposed to go after "A New Day" in Episode 10.

Listening through the new volume, originally I thought they actually forgot about Jerry Goldsmith's Borg motif entirely, and composed a new one. They didn't - it's referenced in three tracks. "The Son of Locutus" has a piano rendition starting at 2:17, Assimilated Delta is the motif played on a low string instrument, and this is repeated in Future's End at 0:18. I skipped the Delta intro at the start of each episode, so I missed Assimilated Delta the first time, but the other two are subtle enough to miss unless you're listening out for it.
