The Lost World score got a horrible treatment. Almost as bad as Goldsmith's Alien. (just realizing that those two scores are my favourite scores of each composer) But still some cues like for example In the Trailer were removed understandably.

I think the last 40 seconds of Tranquilizer Dart are quite interesting. The impression you get from The Lost World on the OST is even more distorted than the impression you get from the A.I.-OST! I didn't buy the 2013 digital release, so - what is the previously unreleased material in the T-Rex Chase? And honestly - what's the deal with Ripples?!

The Potters and the Indys?! That plus the Jurassic Parks and my top 8 holy grails will have been completed within one or two years!

The Mexico Theme from "Extreme Prejudice"

I was a little bit confused, for the end credits of the movie contain some parts of the lost world theme that definitely don't belong to the original recording. Having listened more closely to the movie end credits, I think parts of "To the Island" are actually tracked.

SoundtrackCorner just got its CDs, so it will be here within a few days! Is there already a cover of the booklet of "The Lost World"?

As "The Lost World (Alternate)" is marked with two stars, I wonder if it's just the opening which is new or if it hasn't been considered to be completely unreleased, because it is merely another recording, but the same composition.

Maybe they are waiting until these tapes appear. That would explain why they haven't immediately released a re-issue after the old one was sold out. I can't imagine they dare to re-release that inferior version from 2012. If - then it will be a definite presentation, I guess!

"The Lost World" is my all time favourite John Williams Score. I've benn longing for this since I put it in the CD-player for the first time and realized that "Rescuing Sarah" has been edited! What's the new tracks you are NOTABLY looking forward to on this release?
