  1. It's surprising, especially considering that the concert was sold out for quite a while, so I heard. My guess is people are having last minute scheduling issues or positive tests or what have you...
  2. Anyone meeting up pre-concert? Just snagged a ticket! There were a few on the website last I checked
  3. Hi all, last minute, but appears that this dreaded virus has gotten the best of me. I have one ticket for JW in Philly tomorrow night (4/19). Please inbox me if you are interested.
  4. Hi @Miguel Andrade, do you remember the source for the Mandel story by any chance?
  5. I wonder who compiled this suite? Sorry, to add. If anyone knows the cue at 7:47, that info would be much appreciated as well!
  6. Ok, now I feel like an idiot. The cues were right in front of my eyes. Thank you so much, Jay!
  7. Hello Star Wars experts out there, Am wondering if anyone can help identify the cues at 1:09 and 4:58? I know I must be missing something, but did not happen across those themes while browsing the original three soundtracks. Furthermore, is this the Boston Pops?
  8. Hello All, I came across this record of the original manuscript Willy Wonka scores from 1972- https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/12084436_57-willy-wonka-and-chocolate-factory-manuscript-score Apparently auctioned off for 17k a few years ago.... These is an invaluable items, and would love for the world to be able to see them. The auction house keeps buyers confidential, but have emailed someone in charge there to see if there are any other possible leads. If they come up with nothing, would it be perhaps wise to try to find someone at Walter Scharf's estate to contact? Open to any possibilities!
  9. Thank you so much! So if I'm following correctly, the only place to hear the music from the first 32 seconds is in the movie end credits itself?
  10. Hello All, I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but didn't run across anything here pertaining to it. I've been studying this score, which is apparently a handwritten original for the end credits to Temple of Doom- https://www.docdroid.net/mcuy6gY/john-williams-indiana-jones-and-the-temple-of-doom-hand-written-score-sheet-music-partition-pdf However, there seems to be inconsistencies with the recording- for instance right off the top, the recording clearly has Tpts. unison playing the melody, but the score has harmonies in the horns. Is this score inaccurate or from a different cue? Thank you for your help.
