Yes, cd and digital. I like it but I like zany soundtracks. My brain doesn't comprehend why someone wouldn't like the Owl songs. XD I'm not entirely sure on the sound quality of the score in a few of the tracks (like main titles, it feels like a wobbly tape a little) but maybe that has more to do with the early 90s recording and me being weary of the movie's last remastering being done at the wrong pitch so in the back of my head I'm just worried that this release was being pitch corrected... I don't have anything to show for it.

Took a while but finally got my INTL package. Hidden World DE arrived in 1piece and in working condition ^_^ can't wait to actually sit down and listen. One other 2disc tray was broken but I'm mostly happy with my whole previously-considered-OOP order.

Outside of the shot of Paris everything in the intro looks upscaled to me in the footage they showed so far. They did draw some character details over the upscale for sure but it's still all wiggly and smudgey and the backgrounds are absolutely mere upscales. The ending cutscene parts that they show in the KS video has new backgrounds ('cause they're mostly stills), unfortunate results on explosions in the background, but man you cannot tell me the character art, even if they updated some parts (Nico is obviously a different design), doesn't look trash - the way George's hair fluctuates and disgustingly morphs presumably interpolating frames that weren't there... Yuck. Of course, as you say, they may yet address some of this - Cecil stated in one FAQ video that they are doing stuff manually over AI upscales. Again, I am conflicted. I want to believe they are doing the best they can, working with the best sources they can... but I still don't know if I'm on board. You're right. How dared I.

I'm so conflicted about Broken Sword Reforged. They keep boasting about the graphical update but, from what I can tell, Charles Cecil confirmed that they did not go back to original tapes for SPEECH (I presume they are lost? Because if they were just lazy... EHHHHH) and just edited&enhanced old in-game audio files. You could really hear that in trailers but I was hoping it maybe was not final... Alas. It sucks for a game like BS. And the FMVs? Wiggly smudgey upscales next to crisp 4k in-game backgrounds. EH. I don't think I realized how lucky I/we got with Day of the Tentacle/Full Throttle Double Fine remasters. And yes, I know a lot of people don't like those or their updated soundtracks.

There was an overhaul on amazon's site. One track in Corsets and Clownsuits (though I think this was already there before). Some tracks from the first episode of Expats up with 2024 in web title. Guess we're officially in 2024 era.

Echo and What If season 2 hirez soundtracks available. What if has one extra track compared to the version on qobuz but I'm not familiar with the show to say what it is, maybe it's from the first season even. Has anyone tried figuring out Loki2vol2? Edit: Also red white royal blue on amazon. As well as maxines baby. Edit2: Still on apple. Tracklisting seems like the OST at first glance but it's not exactly.
