  1. I didn't see my question answered above. Is the version of "Las Graviotas" that appears on itunes the exact same version that was used in the Jurassic Park movie?
  2. This is the cue list I made, placing tracked music where I believe it was pre-planned beforehand to be tracked. 1M1 [TRACKED -- 20th Century Fox Fanfare] 1M2 [TRACKED -- Main Title] 1M3 Boys into Battle 1M4 They're Coming Around 1M4a "Get 'em, R-2!" 1M5 The Elevator Scene 1M6 Count Dooku's Entrance 1M7 The Death of Dooku 1M8 [TRACKED -- Going Down] 2M1 [untitled -- Grevious Flees] 2M2 [TRACKED -- Coruscant's Warm Welcome] 2M3 Another Happy Landing 2M4 Revisiting Padme 2M5 Grievous Travels to Palpatine 2M6 Scenes and Dreams 2M7 Be Careful of Your Friend 3M1 Council Meeting 3M2 Hold Me February 3M2a Palpatine's TV Set 3M3 Palpatine's Big Pitch 3M4 [TRACKED -- Battle of Kashyyk] 3M5 Goodbye Old Friend 3M6 Going to Utapau 3M7 Riding the Lizard 3M8 Obi-Wan Faces Droids 4M1x Drawing Swords 4M1 [TRACKED -- Fighting with Grevious] 4M1a Good Guys Arrive 4M2 [TRACKED -- A Plot to Destroy the Jedi] 4M3 Palpatine's Seduction 4M4 Rolling with Grievous 4M4a Fighting with Grievous 4M5 Dialogue with Mace 4M5a Padme's Ruminations 4M6 I Am the Senate 5M1 Palpatine Instructs Anakin 5M2 [TRACKED -- Execute Order 66] 5M3 Lament 5M3a Bail's Escape 5M4 Swimming, Droids and Yoda Farewell 5M5 News of the Attack 5M6 Moving Things Along 5M7 Anakin's Dark Deeds 6M1 It Can't Be 6M2 A Moody Trip 6M3 Padme's Visit 6M4 Heroes Collide 6M5 Duel of the Fates 6M6 Yoda Falls 6M7 The Boys Continue 6M8 (Rev.) 3. Did they use that specific version found on that CD?
  4. I am pretty sure that (at least in the recording sessions) "Main Title/Rebel Blockade Runner" are one cue. This is noted both on the 2-disc cue list (although it does not have official cue titles) and also the recording sessions of all the takes of "Main Title/Rebel Blockade Runner" have this cue as a whole. I imagine then that 1M1 is the 20th Century Fox Fanfare? Either that, or Main Title and Rebel Blockade Runner were originally composed as two cues but recorded as one. Andy
  5. Does anyone have any of those cues not on the Definitive Edition (in any format, even a dvd rip)? Otherwise, possibly (very slight chance) I might within the year couple years do a dvd extract and compare. I had intended to do the complete Terminator 2 score at one time (and was about 50% done before harddrive crash -- most of the music can easily be ripped from the dvd and it's very easy to remove a majority of the sound effects, or to track identical instruments from elsewhere in the score)
  6. Yes, Most of them came from the ASCAP database --- all Terminator 2 & 3D cues were licensed by one company (unfortunately, all the Fright Night cues were licensed by the same campany) so, you have to weed them all out (which a couple I wasn't sure on, but there were no more cues in Terminator 2 to I figured they were from that -- the only ones were "Blinking Headlights" and "Aftermath" I was not sure which movie they came from). I had assumed the Definitive Edition had all the cues. Which cues are still absent from Terminator 1?
  7. These are the official tiles from the cue list for Terminator 2 and Terminator 2 3D (ride) These were found with all cue names in alphabetical order, so I'm certain that a few of these (primarily towards the end of the movie as I don't know how the cues are divided exactly 52~57) may not be properly titled. Also, I don't know the order for the 3d ones, but I do know that most of them can probably be heard (and then placed in proper order) based on the bootlegs of the ride. 8. Do you happen to know where "The War" and "The Escape Hatch" are divided? (please give the 2-disc special edition time) There were two places I found where it might be divided and I could never choose which was right. I also wanted to mention that I know for certain that from Return of the Jedi: 9M2 is Brother and Sister The complete cue lists for Episode III and V are released. Is there any that are certain from I, II or VI as well?
  9. Is there a bibliography to see where they got those scores from?
  10. While not as interesting, I found this too -- some book that has excerpts from different film scores... but they somehow had access to the original sheet music and were able to obtain some original cue numberings/cue titles... such as that 9M2 from Return to the Jedi is "Brother and Sister" http://www.bookrags.com/tandf/music-excerpts-tf/
  11. I found this website completely by accident tonight while browsing the internet. Not sure if anyone else knows about this, but you can apparently browse the full scores of most of James Newton Howard's music at this library. And they also give the full cue lists even on that website for his scores. http://www.usc.edu/libraries/finding_aids/records/finding_aid.php?fa=0075#ref8
  12. Is there a topic like this that attempted to line up everything from the first Jurassic Park score?
  13. I used to despise the relationship and corny dialogue between Padme and Anakin for several years. But, as strange as it sounds, I actually don't mind it at all anymore. After having observed many people and how couples enter relationships... The strange thing is, Anakin and Padme's dialogue and conversations and interactions are actually far more realistic than most movies. I actually don't mind that Lucas made realistic dialogue as opposed to fake unrealistic movie relationships. And in the defense of people getting married that quickly -- in many cultures, with an exception of the modern Westernized societies who have unfortunately taken the route of dating (especially before the onslaught of media), people get married very very quickly - many times within a week or a month after they decide that they want to be together. But, that said, I would consider it the worst of all the Star Wars movies, although I did enjoy the final clone battle immensely (although some of the best footage of that battle were not included in the movie for some reason and instead found unfinished in a bonus documentary)
  14. The PC version of TFU2 seems to all be ogg (I can't play them, but apparently someone else was able to do something to make them play). I ripped TFU2 channels from the videos, but because these cannot be played in that format anywhere, I converted them to FLAC so that they would not be compressed again. For everything I will be uploading coming up, I kept it in the original game format if it was playable in a normal windows format -- but if it was in a special game format, I converted it first to wav, then into FLAC so that the files were not further compressed.
  15. Public requests or upload announcements for unofficially released materials are not permitted. Thank you. - Mark. Also, if someone has that new clean partial verison of the Max Reebo music that was recently released, I don't have that and would like it. Thanks, Andy
  16. Also, if someone wants, I extracted all the channels out of the Force Unleashed II FMV -- no FMV files were included in the PC rip listed above (it uses 5.1 audio -- I removed two of the channels that never had music and converted the front L/R into one file and the rear L/R into a second file). There still is some SFX (not as much) in most of the tracks, but I am not as familiar with the music to know if there is anything new or not. But even if there was SFX, sometimes it can still show us what is missing from a track, or how something should be properly edited. PM me if are interested in having me upload these. Andy
  17. I am curious, has anyone attempted to make some sort of complete list of all known cues from all three LOTR movies that are not present in the Complete Recordings (regardless if they are alternates, properly edited, etc)? (including the theatrical edition, extended edition, from video games, original soundtracks, dvd menus & documentaries, etc?) Thanks, Andy
  18. It did have tracked music from TPM yes, but it's very possible that perhaps there was original music there but it was dropped in favor of tracked music instead. If I recally properly, the Dooku talks to Obi-wan was a scene filmed late into post-production and was possibly not ready when the music was composed for that segment of the movie.
  19. This is the Episode III cue sheet (there has never been an episode II cue sheet released anywhere that I am aware of). This Episode III cue sheet leaves gaps for placement of tracked music. As it was pre-planned for this music to be tracked, I personally consider it a part of the final version of the score (unlike tracking that is done late into the production) * 1M1 Fox Fanfare (The Empire Strikes Back Recording) * 1M2 Star Wars Main Theme (The Phantom Menace Recording) * 1M3 Boys Into Battle February 12, 2005 * 1M4 They're Coming Around February 14, 2005 * 1M4a "Get 'Em, R-2!" This is someone's presumed list of cue division and not meant to be official. The title names appearing on the list are official. 20. I am getting the following games and will extract the music most likely this week, if it's not too difficult: Battlefront: Elite Squadron The Force Unleashed Sith Edition Clone Wars Republic Heroes Andy
  21. It's pretty much new rips of new material, plus some that wasn't on the FTP for whatever reason, or was filed under something else entirely. I've edited my TPM list to replace the old BF2 names with the new .wav files. I've noticed with the Duel of the Fates material in BF2 that what I thought originally about DotF being composed in sections is unture - you can hear the second part beginning under, well, whatever that rattle is at the end of the track. But the designers cut the rest out (damn them). I hope for a good leak in the future of that missing stuff. I'm going to offer all of the tracks on soulseek. If you don't know what that is, find out. I want this to be the OFFICIAL collection of files, that way there's not a bunch of different file names/lengths floating around. They will all be in flac format. Look for "lordskylark" on there and ask to be added to my list.
  22. I'm still figuring how to open those files, and what application I should use. The obvious guess would be Cube Media Player but I can't get the interleave right on there. I used Cube Media Player for the movies. If you didn't mind using stuff like Megaupload, I would upload them.
  23. At one time I had made a complete rip of ALL the Ep1~3 documentary music, including the menus -- but sadly, my harddrive crashed and the other person that had it lost it. Otherwise I could send those for an easy listen. Did you happen to check out the Battlefront2 movies? There is some more unreleased material there (even though it has voice over or SFX, there is still some material)
  24. Do you have AIM or YIM? I can send them. I think Henry uploaded them somewhere. I lost the link. PM him. Also, do you remember what program was able to convert the IMC from the Phantom Menace game? I have to re-rip those files from the game again.
  25. 2m? [Title Unknown] Padme Meet's Anakin/Hit the Nose There are two sources for a clean intro for this. One is the Star-Wars Mash-ups. The second is a rip from the DVD which has a clean ending (though the quality is not good) I believe GoodMusician combined both together for his rip.
