Hitch 60 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 That was a wasted journey Purchased 2 tickets last weekend to see Tina Turner in Arnhem, Holland next March. Sorry folks but I gotta lotta love for this woman.
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 I bought the new Dorito's Quest flavored chips, they are........disgusting, but I won't spoil it for anyone who buys them, you'll have to guess the flavor yourselves.
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,388 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 I had the same experience when I tried Dr. Pepper for the first time a few weeks ago. What's with that bitter aftertaste?
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 8, 2008 Author Posted June 8, 2008 You just tried Dr. Pepper? Dude, that soda is delicious.
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,388 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Why am I not surprised you liked it?I'd rather be throated by a black guy then drink that stuff again. But, more then likely, that would go for you too....
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 You just tried Dr. Pepper? Dude, that soda is delicious.its vile
John Crichton 4 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 In my experience Dr. Pepper tastes like carbonated cough syrup. Diet Dr. Pepper is good though.I just got some Advil and Oragel swabs. I think I have a wisdom tooth that needs removing.
Ollie 1,375 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You need to try Dr. Pepper made with pure cane sugar.
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You need to try Dr. Pepper made with pure cane sugar. that can be said about any softdrink.the best coke is the one you buy from the mexican market thats from Mexico, damn fine stuff.
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Posted June 9, 2008 Why am I not surprised you liked it?I'd rather be throated by a black guy then drink that stuff again. But, more then likely, that would go for you too....Oh so I guess only idiots like Dr. Pepper? Is that what you are trying to get across? It's just a soda, no need for gay insults, douchebag.
Ollie 1,375 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You need to try Dr. Pepper made with pure cane sugar. that can be said about any softdrink.the best coke is the one you buy from the mexican market thats from Mexico, damn fine stuff.Yes I agree.
Maglorfin 219 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Funny you guys should mention Vanilla and Cherry Coke, since I'll be stocking up on them both later this afternoon. I'm also a big fan of Dr. Pepper, but unfortunately it's not sold in Slovenia , so I try to drink as much of it as I can during my visits of London every 3 years or so.
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Dr Pepper is vile. I miss Cherry Coke.its still available here, but I wont drink it, to me it taste similar to nasty ole Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibbs
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Posted June 9, 2008 Cherry Coke tastes similar to Dr. Pepper?I don't like Mr. Pibb, but Dr. Pepper is pretty good bottled. Sodas from fountain drinks all suck. I get Cherry Coke if I get a drink at the movies. My favorite soda would have to be Root Beer though. I've tried probably almost every kind there is out there. Mountain Dew is pretty good.
Richard P 5,303 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Dr Pepper rules - my beverage of choice for quite a while now. I guess it's a taste you either love or hate.
Trent B 354 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Cherry Coke does NOT taste similar to Dr. Pepper your taste buds must be messed up if you think that. BTW Dr. Pepper rules it's my favorite soda. BTW I wonder if the 'myth' of Mountain Dew is real that because of the yellow die it will shrink men's testicles, whether or not that's true who knows.Edit: Didn't buy anything today but yesterday refilled my mug with Dr. Pepper and got a slice of pizza from Sam's Club, good stuff.
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Posted June 9, 2008 Yeah, Vosk, I don't think that's true. I mean, maybe it does, but I think you would have to drink a crap load of Mountain Dew for it to actually happen.
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Vosk, tasting like and tasting similar are different things bud, but they both have that cooked to death fruit taste, I dislike both.with it being summer I will end up drinking less dark sodas. I drink only Pepsi, RC Cola, and fountain Coke.I'll drink more water, lemonade and Sam's Choice Grapefruit Soda which tastes sorta like Fresca and Squirt, only better. If you can get ahold of some Mexican Fresca at a mexican market, do so, its not a diet drink, its made with cane sugar.but it should also be pointed out the reason America is so fat can be traced to soda consumption more than any one think
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Posted June 9, 2008 "Look! A Dr. Pepper machine!"..."Crap, it was a mirage - It's an RC Cola machine."
JoeinAR 1,957 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 it would work for me. course I will buy Dr. Pepper cause David drinks it, and its a good marinade for a pork butt.
Ollie 1,375 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I prefer Coca Cola, Mr. Pibb and 7-up.I do like Cherry Coke as well.
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,388 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Dr Pepper rules - my beverage of choice for quite a while now. I guess it's a taste you either love or hate.Exactly.Just like Mr. Big's crash helmet scraping back and forth inside your esophagus.
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 10, 2008 Author Posted June 10, 2008 I prefer Coca Cola, Mr. Pibb and 7-up.I do like Cherry Coke as well.7-Up doesn't taste as good as it did back in the 90's. I thought they stopped making it, then my friend showed it to me in a 7/11 and I got it. I hated it.VAULT is the ultimate. Drinks like a soda, kicks like an energy drink. Get to it! Plus it reminds me of Surge, so I love it.
FattyMcButterpants 1 Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 I'm more into Vanilla Coke. You're ... disturbing! If you know the flavour of real vanilla, how can you ever have a second sip of Vanilla Coke? It's the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted, after paunch.Diet Coke is the only way to go! Until now I've usually drunken a litre per day, but I'm reducing it, it's really bad for your pancreas and stomach. Plus, it can be addicting.
Koray Savas 2,260 Posted June 10, 2008 Author Posted June 10, 2008 Diet Coke is worse for you than regular Coke, especially in large amounts.
FattyMcButterpants 1 Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 I wouldn't put it that way. They're both harmful, just in different ways.I would say Diet Coke is a little worse, since it can cause a sneaking form of cancer. The vast majority of "Diet" drinks can.
