I’m usually over optimistic and forgiving about franchises I like. Plus something about this hasn’t felt right from day one. And Prime’s output seems to be largely crap.

I think it came our around the same time as the original game or maybe even before it. It’s by Dark Horse. The events are briefly alluded to in Left Behind. Basically the story of Ellie meeting Reilly.

It’s a nice little story. I’d like to see it adapted.

I wonder if they’re going to adapt American Dreams as well as Left Behind.

Never saw a low speed chase on screen before. and now I know why too. there’s good stuff in this show but it feels like we’ve seen two episodes worth of content spread over 3 episodes.

Both Venom movies are good dumb fun. I enjoyed them both. I just don’t know what to make of Morbius. I hate Leto so that doesn’t help. Aril Fool’s Day though. lol

I bought Spider-man Miles Morales along with the DLC for the original game. Got Jurassic World Evolution 2 and Assassins Creed Valhalla for Christmas

The reaction to Iron Man 3 is what initially started to sour me on the MCU. It tried to do something different but the internet couldn’t handle it. I thought the twist was great.

Yeah, I watch them when I’m sick or just want popcorn. They’re not really movies. They’re a snack. And you can have a lot of fun with them if you just approach them that way. But some take themselves a bit too seriously which is why I generally don’t enjoy the ones that feature Captain America. Guy is a bore. But Guardians, Ant-Man, Ragnarock, Captain Marvel. I had a blast with those. No Way Home was Spider-man Fan Service The Movie. And I loved it for that. I’m sure if I think about the plot for too long it will fall apart so I’m not going to do that. But I want more Andrew Garfield as Spidey as he’s always been my favourite of the three and looking around the internet it’s becoming increasingly more likely that I will get what I want at some point 😬

I don’t think Mads himself gets any hate but if you go onto an social media post about FB it is full of JD fanboys saying they’re boycotting the franchise. Saying that. Mads’ Instagram was hacked and taken down the the other day. Poppy Corby-Tuech got some flack too I think purely for saying she was excite to work with him or something. JD fanboys are a bit weird. Not Reylo or Dramione levels of fucked up but definitely out there.

I want more Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man dammit! but anyway. I loved this. I’m sure if I think about it enough I could pick holes in it but it was just fab service done right. man. I wish I could 10 year old me back in 2002 after the first movie that this would happen some day.

I echo this. Just keep the theme and do what you want after that. I rewatched TASM2 last night and it isn’t that bad. I mean, it does have a lot of issues but there’s a decent film in there. Garfield and Stone were great. I hope Garfield gets a TASM3 some day with competent writers and without studio interference.

I miss Horner. I wish he’d gotten to score the second one too.
