Although I prefer the Indiana Jones movies to James Bond I think Bond has the best motif. In my opinion The Raiders March hasn’t aged well and sounds rather corny.

Both are classic, but I would prefer The James Bond Theme.

Although the Raiders March still kicks ass today.

Raiders March. No doubt the original recording of that won't sound nearly as dated in 20 years as the original Bond theme does today. Not that I don't love the Bond theme.

Ozzel - who wishes David Arnold would rerecord the original version of the James Bond theme.

The Bond theme has not aged because it has been mixed with techno beats...

I prefer the Williams theme, but maybe im biased...

Hasnt arnorld recorded the theme?

I love both, and Indy is incredible, but I think the Bond theme is more fitting.

Both are incredible, but as an isolated listening I prefer Bond. On the other hand, in context, that is, when the music is telling you this and that about Indy's adventures, nothing can beat a triumphant rendition of Indy's theme.

Both are great to listen, although I prefer Indiana Jones.

Harrison Ford may not have aged well, but the March certainly has.

I've overplayed the Raiders March to the point of overexposure.

So it doesn't do anywhere as much for me as it used to, really.

If i heard it again now for the first time, i would find it fantastic.

Bond's theme has morphed to fit the fashion over the years.

Raiders March, more dated than a jazz theme from the 60's?

Dumbest thread of the year? Possibly!

So instead of voting with your feet and not posting here, you'd rather giving a roundabout insult to the creator of the thread, as well as anyone who voices an opinion on the subject matter?

It's the Cremers way.

Ray Barnsbury - who does think the thread is a bit random
