  1. one of my coworkers has a teenage daughter and according to her it’s called “lamp shading”. It’s not a good look on her that’s for sure! Kind of like white pants... some women can get away with wearing them and some... not so much!
  2. Ouch! In that case I would just wait it out then and hope something else you want comes out for BF. And I struggled with my $6.10 shipping charge lol
  3. I was thinking about waiting until BF as well to save on shipping costs but in the end pulled the trigger.
  4. Reivers is on my want list, too, however by my count there are 12 scores from the 90's (not including TPM) that have either incomplete or no prior expansions compared to 6 scores from the 80's (not including SW or IJ).
  5. Hopefully some 90's representation for BF (Hook, Amistad). 2019 has seen a 70's, 80's and 00's expansion, pretty good mix!
  6. Ordered! order # 187171. Also purchased my tickets for CEOTK concert next Saturday night!
  7. He did say in a previous podcast (don't remember which one) that he doesn't like / care to write liner notes.
  8. Judging by the samples through my headphones I would say 100% YES! Will definitely be purchasing this tomorrow (pay day).
  9. Good to see this getting some pub, nothing revealed but we've got a nice high-res of the cover!
  10. Minor and incomplete update... I'll put together a more complete list in the near future. 1941 is now showing on Crackle (free with ads). I have never seen this movie, I started to watch it the other day but 15 minutes into it I had to turn it off, it was that bad. Should I pick up where I left off and stick with it 'til the bitter end? Or just enjoy the soundtrack and move on with my life? LOL Dracula and War of the Worlds are now showing on HBO Go and HBO Now. Just watched Dracula the other day for the first time, very cheesy in parts but it was a well-done movie for the time. And now that I have the soundtrack I was able to follow along with my liner notes / track list as I was watching. Finally, I watched WOTW last night for the first time the whole way through. No idea why I haven't before, I've seen bits and pieces when it's been on cable in the past. What an awesome movie! The whole basement scene with Ogilve was intense! Can't wait for the Matessino treatment on this release!
  11. Soooo glad they did not go with that story idea, I definitely enjoyed the story that was. I had almost forgotten how much I hated Todd and how evil he was, but I was certainly reminded!
  12. 😂 just got an email notification from Discogs for the original deluxe edition for the bargain price of $45. Amazing how a reissue can drop the price of an item significantly!
  13. Wow, the track list has more music than I thought there would be! Looks like this will make the leaked sessions obsolete? Will definitely be ordering this on Friday!
  14. Well, I got mine in the mail today but it didn't 100% survive the trip Guess I'll be reaching out to VS for replacement case. I'm on track 9 disc 1 and no skips so far, the discs look good no scratches thankfully.
  15. War Horse for me on both AINEC! I'm sorry but Lincoln bored me to death (movie-wise). The score is OK, but definitely in my bottom 10 JW scores.
  16. Just got mine as well! Also so glad that all three will fit on my CD shelf
  17. Goonies now up! https://cms.megaphone.fm/channel/soundtrackshow?selected=HSW7118395893
  18. Anyone's copy shipped out yet? VS is supposed to be shipping out this week, still showing as unfulfilled for me.
  19. Awesome! I had my name drawn as one of the winners for the Across the Stars CD giveaway! Wonder if it will be standard or deluxe version? Either way I'm excited as I held out on purchasing this in physical form. Thanks, @lairdo !
  20. Well, it's definitely looks different from the other two shows, I'll give them that! Unfortunately the only thing that intrigued me about the trailer was the Nebraska hoodie the kid was wearing and the "NSU Golden Stingers" logo on the track hurdle, possibly Nebraska State University (which does not exist, btw)? Other than that, looks like it's geared toward millennials and their "struggles"...
