    Yeah. The extra bits were the highlight. It still feels rushed after the Harkonnens take over though. I wish they would have included Feyd more. Like his gladiator battle and stuff. I guess there's only so much you can put in a film adaption though :/. It does make me more excited for Villeneuve's version though

    Dune: The Alternative Edition Redux by Spicedriver Pretty good yeah. It's a good attempt at fixing the editing issues present in the theatrical release. There are still some problems, and the technical skill of the editing is fairly sub par (not much you can do with mediocre sources though). Better than the original for sure though.

    Blade Runner 2049 - Benjamin Wallfisch and Hans Zimmer Boring. It just drones on and on and on. I'm sure it's serviceable in the film, but it doesn't work well on its own.

    I too just finished Blade Runner. I have to say that I've considerably warmed up to the film compared to the first time I watched it. It made a lot more sense this time now that I know the plot. I like it now

    So, I learned that there were two OVAs of Yawara that I never saw. Went and watched them and now the series actually wrapped up it's plot lines, so I have no real problems with it now.

    I agree with many that 2001 is a snooze fest. I did eventually accept the fact that it's an incredibly well made film, I just don't see much value in it personally.

    Your Name Eh. It was pretty good, but there's something about most anime that I can't stomach. I think it's just that I really like the aesthetic of old anime. From a technical standpoint it was pretty good though.

    I exclusively wear over the calf tube socks, cargo pants (sometimes shorts), a t shirt or long sleeve shirt, and some sort of plain colored hoodie. That and dress clothes when the occasion calls for it.
