  1. I like the Jaws Varese, but since they were at it they should have made a hybrid album consisting of the film cues plus the extended cues like Promenade,Out to Sea,One Barrel Chase..ect... like on the Original album, they needed a fresh recording, instead of cloning the 25th aniversary release. Willow

Yes,it has a rarely achieved epic quality. As for Willow,i think it sorts of muddles down in the second half of the score with some of the long battle cues K.M.
  3. You know,by `beautiful`cues i mean in the style of Princess Leia`s Theme,Yoda`s Theme,Fawkes...ect...,not pounding action cues like The Truck Chase of course For me it`s Theme from Jurassic Park,i think that cue is the most beautiful over all. K.M.
  4. It's eazy,I just glanced over at my Hasbro action figures! K.M.Who waited till everyone had voted at the geek poll to do this thread

  6. I'm right here. Hmm,you seem strangely erratic lately.Too much caffeine? K.M.
  7. Anyone notice that in The Helicopter Rescue on the Varese Debney version, the seventh note of the Main Fanfare (as Superman lifts up the helicopter)is wrong? K.M.
  8. Well i haven't seen Stepmom buti'm sure it stinks. k.M.
  9. No i mean the main theme,in the main title fanfare but at it's best in the cue The Enterprise, not the original show theme. K.M.
  10. Enterprise theme from STTMP Ilea's Theme Love theme from Logan's Run Caroll Ann's Theme from Poltergeist Jeremy's Theme from Secret of Nihm "Flight" theme from The Blue Max End Credit theme from The Swarm "Passing of time" motif from Alien (in Hyperspace) Gizmo's theme from Gremlins Kick the Can from Twilight Zone Explorer's Main Theme(The Construction) K.M.
  11. On the Imax screen you can't help to stare at all the skin defects and blemishes of the actors, that gets annoying.Every pore is like 4 feet wide K.M,
  12. Let me break it down for you: -Horrible acting (with a few exceptions) -Terrible casting (Hoffman as Capt Hook? I rest my case) -Abysmal dialogue -Utterly boring "action" sequences -A storyline without any inspiration WHAT-SO-EVER -Poor direction (Spielberg F'ed this one up big time) What is there to appreciate in this film? NOTHING! Save for maybe some good set design, but thats about it. did you actually see it,or you just read that. K.M.
  13. Ken, could you please be more sensitive to others? Yeah man, your so insensitive,in The Etheral Ream of Shadows where I lurk the new year is July 1 KM. SPFM,Tribute to Jerry Goldsmith
  14. Well ,I join you in a sober New Year. K.M.Who quit drinking in 2002.
  15. I agree BotFJ is pretty much the same from track to track.Having the boot can permit you to select the few versions of the main theme you like the best...actually mine is only on the Boot. K.M.
  16. I thought it was just me,I had sore eyes after a while,i wondered i I was sitting to close or something was wrong with the projector. K.M.
  17. Jar Jar looks `real`as he really looks like some guy in a costume, not that actors in suits make more realistic monsters. Only Gollum`s hair looked animated at times, but I saw RotK projected on an IMAX screen so i could see all flaws. K.M.
  18. Were stretching old topics as far as they'll go.. K.M.
  19. No it's spelled...*looking for accent keys on his keyboard*... well Voila ,and the accent on the "a" goes upwards towards the left, not the right. K.M.
  20. Gollum is the most realistic CG character yet.Second would be Jar Jar. K.M.
  21. So,I wonder if they'll show a lot of him in the parade.Everybody will say who the hell is that? K.M.
  22. Well it's impressive for a small company like that.Don't think ILM could have done any better.Maybe WETA should do the Potter movies. K.M.
  23. Right on HPFAN 2 K.M.Who doesn't have much of a life right now anyways. K.K.M.Wondering why HPFAN 2 is not HPFAN 1 or just HPFAN
