Favourite Williams cue.

Escape/Chase/Saying Goodbye - E.T.

It's such a tour de force of emotion/excitement/orchestral power (even if it's not the LSO).

Stored Memories and Monica's Theme, High School Teacher and the finale from Close Encounters.

This is a bit of a unfair question, as most 10 minutes plus tracks are in expanded editions.

Those are three separate cues, I believe.

No - three separate cues is right. Williams often writes multiple cues with the intent of naturally combining them into a "track." I'm sure he also sometimes splits cues up to make recording easier. For example, if a cue features only strings for the first three minutes, then the full orchestra, he might record the string-only part separately so that the wind players don't need to be present for the entire time. This might then be designated as two cues, a "part 1" and "part 2." The point is, "cue" in film scoring lingo refers not to a complete piece of music, but to a section of music as recorded. It can also be a complete piece, of course.

Then just ask people for their favorite ten minute track and call it a day. If somebody ripped their entire album as a 70 minute track, though, that might be stretching it.

"Adventure On Earth" from the original E.T. album.

"The Last Battle" from original Star Wars double LP.

"Planting The Charges - And Finale" from the original The Towering Inferno LP.

And while it wasn't assembled by Williams, although more than likely approved by him:

"The Visitors/ Bye/ End Titles: The Special Edition" from the CE3K expanded CD.

Putting aside the cue/track debate and going with what's 10+ minutes on the CD:

Indy's First Adventure

The Battle of Endor I and II

The Battle of Hoth

Carbon Freeze/Darth Vader's Trap/Boba Fett's Departure

The Ultimate War I

Remembering Childhood

Escape/Chase/Saying Goodbye
