Anyone here on Box Office Mojo facebook page? I've been on there for many years. I remember when I was the only one who said Avatar would beat Titanic. I kept showing the numbers and telling everyone it would destroy Titanic, but was constantly shot down and told I was an idiot and wrong. The day when it overtook Titanic was the sweetest "I told you so" moment in history. The reason I'm saying this is because I stuck a prediction on there before Force Awakens was released that it would beat Avatar domestically and I also predicted 1 billion domestic. I again was told I was wrong, though many have learnt that I'm not just making it up and I do enjoy doing the numbers (a sad hobby of mine) and I had been right on so many things for the past 7 years, so more people got on my side this time. And it is only 3 or 4 days from beating Avatar domestically now, so happy my prediction came true again. I'd like to thank my agent, my family, the wonderful director and of course God, who gave me strength to be right again and to rub it in the faces of the people who were strangely aggressive and hateful in their words of disagreement.

I love how Williams develops the march through the film. Like in 'Rey Meets BB-8' you hear an innocent little snippet that ties BB-8 to the resistance, then you hear it more serious and militarised in 'Han and Leia' and then it becomes it's full self in 'March Of The Resistance.' Great thematic development.

True, but I'm meaning if she is revealed as the obvious (a Skywalker). If she is more complex in her origins then sure, but if it's like Khan and every one suspected it, then is wont have a big impact.

They should have probably just jumped the gun and said immediately who Rey is. I want her to be no one, but that wont happen, so unless they have a huge twist of her origins, then every one will just be like "ohhhh so she's a Skywalker...obviously. NEXT."

That totally explains why I thought it sounded similar! I didn't know John Williamson did the music for the other movies. I think Zimmerman should do the music for the next one! His Titanic music was epic.

I would have to agree. Saw it first in 2D and was underwhelmed by the ship related action other than Poe on his wipe-out run. The falcon in the Star Destroyer on Jakku was just kind of identical to Jedi when The falcon was flying through the new death star. Also the final action of the trench run and attack on the starkiller base was very similar to previous stuff, so I wasn't beyond thrilled. 3D really got me in on the action and made me forget about the duplicated action sequences. I think the film was improved by 3D, in a purely entertaining way.

How dare one call one the Mozart of ones time. One is gravely mistaken. This Star Wars nonsense cannot match the majesty and absolute personification of perfection that Mozart is. Let the simple-minded drones listen to their empty fanfares and their dingle this and dangle that. What utter space drivel. Man I love those spiccato (Not fully down with the musical terminology) strings in 'Kylo Ren Arrives at the Battle' at 0:43. Reminds me of one of my favourite moments from any score, in 'Asteroid Field' at 0:18.

I had no problem with Allen. She looked, sounded and acted like she had in previous Indy films. But I struggled to see Leia in Force Awakens properly. She doesn't even look like herself any more, so I found myself thinking "okay, that is Leia, that is Leia." At least Hamill and Ford actually look 30 years older than the last time we saw them in the Saga, yet Fisher looks and sounds like another actress.

I think the two places I mentioned are specific shots of the new Star Destroyer. The first one of course is, but the second I can't remember where it happened in the film. Though it does sounds like an obvious natural transitional shot of the Destroyer. When I see the film again, I'll make note. It most likely is a Deathstar type motif for use whenever the film flips over to a scene involving Ren and the Order.

I think I've found a theme that could be for The First Order. Or perhaps just for their new Star Destroyer (like when he gave the Deathstar a Motif). That moment as the Star Destroyer covers the planet in shadow in the opening shot, in 'The Attack on the Jakku Village Part 1' at 0:16, is reprised again in 'Snoke' right at the beginning.

Daniel Craig will have a bigger part in Episode 8, and he will find Rey, take off his helmet and say "the names 007, FN-007." Williams and Arnold will collaborate on the Score.

I've found some new hidden bits. Not sure if they've been pointed out yet, but here goes: - In 'Torn Apart' at 3:29 you can very faintly hear The Imperial March on Brass in the background. - In 'Scherzo For X-Wings' at 1:28 you can hear the opening six notes of Rey's Theme on Brass.
