How about my man crush on River Phoenix. Since I first saw Indiana Jones as a kid and wanted to play with his hair.

Yeah yeah whatever you say!

Her best friend though...

If I knew I could somehow get away with it!

You're a disgrace man!

In search for a photo I found thus:

The first image baffles me. The second one doesn't.

A few years ago definitely. Back in the glory days. Not now though, now that I'm all grown up and mature.

When people say their twenties were the best it's the truth. It's best that I just block that shit out now though.

My twenties were largely bullshit. Most of it I would love to forget, some of it I would lie about under oath.

And I didn't even drink in those days...

I would tend to raise my hand here as well.

Even though I still am in my twenties.

Sure, but methinks the chick in that photo couldn't care less about them and is just doing her boyfriend a favour.

Or Bonnie Wright, famous for playing Ginny in the Potter films. Some people say she looks plain. I don't think so. She has one of those faces you draw closer to, without really knowing why.

I *adore* Bonnie Wright, I think she's amazingly beautiful.

Also gorgeous from the HP movies (besides Bonnie and Emma Watson)... Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood). Just gorgeous. Especially in that dress she wore to the HP pt 2 premiere this summer. Yumm!

Also Julia Sawalha.

Noticed her first in Press Gang.

Caught up with her years later in Ab Fab, were she gained a bit of weight and was dressed to make her look plain.

Looks alright to me.

Always found Julia hot, too!

Jill Wagner, no doubt about it. I told my wife that if she ever came calling I would have to leave. laugh.gif

Hugely attracted to Jill Wagner, shame she's done with Wipeout now. (Though I have to agree, this probably doesn't quite fit with the point of this particular thread...)

A long-time fave of mine, which probably most would think is outside the norm of "hotties"... India Fisher. Played Charley Pollard in the Doctor Who audios alongside Paul McGann.

Also greatly attracted to her half-sister, Francesca Hunt...

(Apologies if the pics end up too big, not real good at codes n stuff...)

Believe it or not India and her brother were in my sixth form at school back in the day. Fact.

And as for Julia Sawalha, I was once sat next to her on the Bakerloo line. Fact. I did a bit of a double take when I saw her reflection in the window opposite.

D'oh!!

You don't happen to have any pictures of her from back in the day, like from yearbooks or anything, do you...?

I'm afraid not, davros. We don't really have yearbooks in the UK (or at least we didn't when I was at school!), but if I ever find any pics in old school magazines or anything of interest I'll bear you in mind. It was only recently I realised she had made a name for herself when I saw her name in the credits of Masterchef, for which she does the voiceovers.

No problem, if you do happen to run across anything of her, please do bear me in mind. She's actually quite good in the Doctor Who audios she's been in, alongside Paul McGann. She has an extremely sexy voice, and not too shabby in the looks department either, IMHO. :)

My twenties were largely bullshit.

Opposite to me. My 20s were when life took off at last, and I made up for lost time in all sorts of ways.

My 30s (themselves approaching their twilight years now) have been a real mix of woe and rich insight.

I defo agree on the Sarah Millican thing, Steef. But I much prefer her with her current shorter hairstyle:

Haven't a clue what it is about her, but I've seen her on a couple of panel shows recently and besides the fact that she's genuinely funny, I can't help but think to myself, yeah, you'd get it, you quirky little minx.

Weird.

Nicolla Bryant, because she is the sexiest assistant The Doctor ever had.

Also, whenever I think of Dana Delaney circa "China Beach", I come over all unecessary.

Looks like a grown up version of the other girl in Heavenly Creatures.

Maybe that's because it's the same person!

Sorry, but she's a dog. I remember thinking it was a shame when I noticed she does have a tight bod on her in Flight of the Concords. Bent over I'm sure she'd look very attractive, which is probably what got her in this thread in the first place.

Posted

Maybe, but I try to include women with faces I find strangely appealing. It's seemingly easier to stumble across slender bodies than it is quirky smiles.

This thread is a challenge in that way! Leave it ith me and check back for edits...

Hmm, I suppose there's plenty of dogs in that industry as well who who fit in well here.

Ever seen the BBC's technology and gadgets show Click?

It's amazing what a bit of fame can do for a woman's looks.
